1. Acceptance of mohd8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mohd8 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the mohd8.xyz website, the mohd8 mobile application, and all related services.

By accessing the mohd8 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you should not use the mohd8 platform.

• One individuals with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Not registering an account on behalf of any third party.
• Have never had an account previously terminated by mohd8 due to a terms violation.

Mohd8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account at mohd8 at any one time. This applies even if you use a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of all winnings.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• All activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to mohd8.
• mohd8 reserves the right to verify a member's identity via official documents (MyKad, passport) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or a large withdrawal.

4. Deposit & Payment Methods

Mohd8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed securely and credited to your account within the stated timeframe.

• All deposits must come from a legitimate financial source in the name of the registered member. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• mohd8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or digital wallet provider are the member's own responsibility.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact mohd8 support with proof of transaction (a screenshot or reference number).

5. Fund Withdrawals

Mohd8 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. Processing times depend on your VIP tier and your chosen withdrawal method.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. mohd8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. This is a standard security procedure to protect your account.
• Any bonus received must meet the stated wagering requirements before the relevant amount can be withdrawn.

• mohd8 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error. The member will be notified and the funds returned to their balance.

• Bets placed during technical outages or connection failures are not guaranteed to be valid, and mohd8 is not responsible for any bets that were not received by the system due to connectivity issues on the member's end.
• For Sports Betting, outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the recognised governing body. Any dispute over a result raised after the official announcement will not be entertained by mohd8.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Mohd8's services must be used in a fair, honest, and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Registering or using multiple accounts to unlawfully obtain bonus or promotional benefits.
• Use of software, automated bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through a mohd8 account.
• Bonus abuse through methods clearly intended to meet wagering requirements dishonestly (e.g., hedging across multiple accounts or placing opposing bets in the same market).

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Mohd8 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious or irregular activity requiring further investigation.
• At the request of a relevant law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• At the member's own request to close their account (voluntary account closure request).

If an account is suspended for investigation purposes, mohd8 will resolve the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact mohd8 support — we will process your request within 3 business days and ensure all eligible funds are returned to you.

10. mohd8 Liability Limits

Mohd8 provides its betting platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, there are limits to our liability:
