The world's most popular poker variant. Each player receives two hole cards and shares five community cards. Strategy, reading your opponents, and managing your chip stack determine who comes out on top.
Players are dealt four hole cards and must use exactly two of them alongside three community cards. The pot is split between the highest and lowest qualifying hands — giving you more ways to win.
Played with a 36-card deck (2–5 removed) — faster action, premium hands appear more frequently, and pots grow bigger in less time. A firm favourite among experienced players.
A compact tournament that kicks off once a set number of players have joined — perfect if you're short on time but still want the feel of a real competitive game.
Mohd8's biggest competition — hundreds of players battle across multiple tables until only one champion remains. Combined cash prizes reach up to RM 50,000 every week.
Fold and get instantly moved to a new table — play more hands in less time. The fastest format on mohd8, perfect for a quick session during a short break.

There's something unique about poker — it's not purely a game of chance. Unlike slots or lottery, poker demands situational awareness, chip management, player psychology, and split-second mathematical decisions. That's why poker players tend to improve over time; experience teaches them to read the table with greater precision.
Mohd8 understands what Malaysian poker players need — clean tables free from collusion, fair software backed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), and reasonable rake rates that make your winnings count. Our poker platform is built on independently audited technology, ensuring every card dealt is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
If you're trying online poker for the first time, mohd8 offers free play-money tables where you can practise without risking real money. It's the ideal way to get comfortable with the interface, understand the flow of the game, and test out early strategies before stepping up to real-money tables. Many experienced mohd8 players started right here before moving up to higher stakes.
Texas Hold'em remains the top choice among Malaysian players. The format is easy to pick up but takes years to truly master — and that's exactly what makes it so compelling. At mohd8 tables, you'll be up against players from all walks of life and skill levels, from those unwinding after work to serious players who treat poker as a genuine side income.
Multi-Table Tournaments (MTT) at mohd8 run daily, with special high-prize events every weekend. Buy-ins start from as little as RM 20, making them accessible to players at every level. The carefully structured blinds ensure each tournament runs at a reasonable pace — not so fast that strategy goes out the window, and not so drawn-out that it drags on for hours.
One of mohd8 players' most-loved features is the personal statistics tracker. After every session, you can review your hand history, win rate, VPIP (Voluntarily Put in Pot), PFR (Pre-Flop Raise), and a range of other metrics that help you pinpoint weaknesses in your game. This data is an invaluable learning tool — especially for those who are serious about taking their poker skills to the next level.
On the payments front, mohd8 makes depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as possible for Malaysian players. You can use Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion — what you put in is what you play with, and what you win is what lands in your account.
Mohd8 also offers an exclusive rakeback program for active poker players. A portion of every rake you pay at the table is credited back to your account as a weekly bonus — the more hands you play, the more rakeback you earn. VIP Gold members and above receive a higher rakeback rate along with access to exclusive tournaments featuring prizes unavailable to standard members.
Game security and integrity are an absolute priority at mohd8. Our system automatically detects unusual playing patterns and will investigate any signs of collusion or the use of prohibited assistance software (poker bots). Every player deserves a fair playing environment, and mohd8 ensures that right is fully protected at all times.
Mohd8's Malay-speaking support team is available to assist you 24/7.
